Please include the following information in the ticket so we can successfully update your account:
- Full Name (as it appears in your race registration)
- Email address (used when registering for races)
- Date of birth (Month/ Day/ Year)
- What race is missing (year, distance location, i.e. 2022 IRONMAN 70.3 Florida)
- Bib number from the race
- Any other information that would be helpful in locating your result (i.e. other names used in registration, other email addresses, registration errors, etc.)
Ensure any missing race result requests are lodged before December 15 of the current racing year to allow enough time for this to be resolved by our team before the season-end points calculation and ranking is finalized. Once results are finalized All World Athlete status cannot be awarded retrospectively.
