The locations of service stations and/or water points are indicated on the course map. Each service station will offer bars, gels, water, isotonic drinks and a wide variety of food, fruits and snacks (refilling option available). A first-aid service is available across the course, the medical team is strategically placed along the route and deployed for any emergencies.
